The third "WOW" from me..... Wow, nice design.... IMHO, It will be better if it is supertall building (with 50+ stories) ....:lol:

Yeah with design like this it will look a bit crap if only has 32 storey

I think this is located on the empty land beside BEJ and an old project called Jakarta Financial Tower...hopefully I'm right that its not in the core part of SCBD because the core part should be reseved for the supertall.... Idon't like it tho this should be in Kuningan with Menara Karya

yeah, i think this will probably be in the plot next to the Stock Exchange building. Definitely not on the plot next to Pacific Place (where Automall is atm), because that's reserved for a supertall...

I like the design very much, but a bit taller will be nicer (40 stories and up). Actually I like something unusual design (something unique and extraordinary) and nice colours (not only ordinary blue).

Green??? Umm, maybe in "not-so-distant" future.... RIte now??? I dun think so... If the building has been so tall and the distance between building
is so close each other, I dont think we really need trees on pedestrian btw. SInce the pedestrian will not be directly exposed to sunglight (bukan merek sabun cuci piring)... RIte???? :cheers:

Yeah, but we the distance between building and pedestrian is quite "distant" in that pics... Ehem, a lil bit more closer to the road... And move the parking lot in front to somewhere at the back of the building...It wud be nice ... (It is much better, if the pedestrian were equipped with phone-booth and subway station ..... :lol: )

Bukankah ini milik grup Rajawali? Sorry saya tidak jelas grup Rajawali yg mana tetapi arsiteknya dari PT Tetra Desain Indonesia adalah bekas teman sekelas saya. Atas permintaan kliennya, bentuk gedungnya didesain mengandung unsur burung rajawali.

- I absolutely agree with the idea of the combination the greeneries and the density. I hope that in Indonesia, the development in architecture can catch up what the others' countries have done. Especially, the durable architecture and the green architecture, I just hope that at least it could take part of saving this earth from the global warming.

yeah I realize that ESD principles havent been really implied in any INdonesian buildings.. Its kinda sad. considering that most countries has like a 5 star green rating building in their city
