huhuhu I feel sorry for Taman Mini... udah tua banget seeh! taun 80an gak ada design yg bagus... I hate those ugly tiles and Black Glass... they should change it... BTW would Taman Mini get bankrupt and closed someday? when suharto dies?

The design was inspired by the Indonesian Nasi Tumpeng Kuning (=yellow cone rice?) Food which is the symbol of rasa syukur(thanks giving?),Keselamatan (sorry I forgot wgats the word!) and Keabadian (Eternal).. the site looks intresting I wanna go in there cuz I never went in it.....jd penasaran!

IMO TMII is a good place for relaxing
Good tourism spot in Jakarta
Its like a cover book to see all provinces in indonesia, to know it before visit it
That why they named it Taman Mini Indonesia Indah

But some rennovation would be great

I'vee been in Taman Mini last December.... oops, I feel it is worthless.. Why??? The building design is superb... But, the service... the way they take care of those traditional were sooooo "non-aurguably" unprofessional.... And the most annoying part was I GOT STUCK in JAGORAWI TRAFFIC JAM for almost an hour..... it was sucks.......


Btw, I post here ... TEATER TERTUTUP BANDAR SERAI ... (Bandar Serai Indoor Amphitheatre ....) Located in PekaNBARU, Riau Province, somewhere in Central Sumatra... This building is not finished yet... It is part of Riau Cultural Park (Taman Mini nya Riau)...
