That area really could use some revitalization. Really, Route 1 from Hyattsville all the way through Howard County and into Baltimore could be revitalized.

I don't have a car right now, otherwise I would ride up there and see what information I could get. All the googling and yahooing isn't working. I think that area has great potential; it's convenient to Washington and Baltimore and retail and development is on the upswing, from rt. 1 in College Park thru Laurel. Hopefully, someone will be familiar with what I am talking about!

True because they are Revitalizing US Route 1(Jefferson Davis/Richmond Highway) between Prince William County and Arlington/Alexandria, VA; so it will definately be in their best interest to Revitalize US Route 1 between Prince Georges County and Baltimore County.
