Nation’s largest tourist complex to be built near Tehran
TEHRAN, Feb. 16 (MNA) -- The nation’s largest tourist complex will be built in Savojbolaq, a city located west of the capital, Tehran.
A part of the tourist complex encompassing some 3,000 square meters, will be designated to house the nation’s largest and most modern birds’ breeding ground, the director of the tourist complex said. He added that the center would work in collaboration with the newly launched Bird’s Park in Karaj, another satellite city near Tehran.
He also explained that in addition to serving as a birds’ research center, different species of fowls will be artificially incubated at the breeding ground. The center will also help save some of the bird species threatened with extinction.
The director of the center also commented that the launching of the park is expected to make a significant impact on the nation’s tourism and will attract many tourists from all over the world.
