I saw this proposal a while ago, and I think Mellinial said something about it. I dont quite remember where though. I thinkit was a proposal for the Gate.

It is more than just a fantasy, it is being built right next to the Salam Plaza. There are posters for the project up inside the Salam Plaza already. (I am talking about The Gate BTW)
