The Boulevard is a landmark mixed-use development designed as an assemblage of components each displaying an individual architectural character and contextual response. I like it. Where exactly is it?

I doubt its Palm, coz that boulevard is full up, it does look nice, the windo feature on the corner looks cool, doing away with the standard round corner with crown design that seems to be popular in Durbs.

Its in the new section of Parkside, 3 blocks from the palm boulvard (one block from the park heading north). It is to be on the new road parallel to Centenary Boulevard that will connect to the new interchange. It backs onto Madison on Park and Mayfair on Park

all the major infrastructure work is underway for The Boulevard, Grand Hill, Mayfair, Maddison, Troon, Park Avenue, FNB and the University. The park is also well underway.

This dev should be underway and rising in august

yeah all you can see is the cutting of sites, laying of roads and cables/pipes. its a huge area, and the next phase of the NTC, far bigger than the current (nearly completed) one. but if you want dirt pics, i'll get :)

well the infrastructure for the new parkside area has been completed, so this dev as well as the mayfair, madison, radisson, grand hill, lincoln on lake, elements and tolman towers are all now fully underway.

the new roads should be opening in the coming month or so and i am sure many other developments we dont know about will be popping up as this area has a strong commercial focus
