Persian Gulf Coastal Village

The Project is located on southern Coast of Kish island adjacent to Dolphins Park and The Flower of the East in a 215.000 m2 sized area, looking down upon the green-blue coastal waters of the Persian Gulf.

The project will have 1295 residental units consisting of 156 villa-houses and 1139 apartments, Recreational facilites and a Marina.

Quick and easy access to the site will be available from both the airport and the central facilities of the island with the access ways already in construction.

KISH'S airport RUNWAY takes up 1/3 of the Islands length, and its only less than 4 KM long!!!

This is all very nice. But I bet that it will be like 10 people buying 10 apartments each. And renting them out.
