I'd prefer that they maintain the height of those short buildings that serve as "boundary" between the high-density buildings and the low-density area (subdivision houses). Maybe a little refurbishing is needed for those short buildings but other than that, they look fine as they are. Or if in the future a new development will replace one of them, it should not be taller than 10 storeys or something like that :)

I think we'll see those Jupiter Street buildings refurbished, or blown away to make way for newer, taller buildings. Gil Puyat now no longer serves as a boundary between low-rise and high-rise, with the construction of that massive complex in the old international school lot. The Columns were also catalysts in breaking down that boundary, so to speak

that stretch was rezoned to make it possible for hirise towers to be built.
