Lili March 1st, 2007, 01:10 AM ^ Oh, the famed award-winning Essensa. It is very distinctive and adds beauty to FBGC. The tri-winged shape is quite pleasing to the eyes.
laquacherra March 1st, 2007, 02:26 AM imo an aerial shot of Essensa to show off it's nice butterfly-like shape would be really nice :okay:

Essensa is one of the premier high-rise residential condominiums in Metro Manila. The graceful concave buildings resembling butterfly wings is a mastery of aesthetics with a generous layout of 236 luxury residential suites.
Essensa has a business center, a fitness center, helipad, an indoor heated lap pool, and four levels of underground car park, private dining facilities and a poolside gazebo. all of which offer first class hotel service which including a 24 hour concierge and elevator attendant.
These twin 116-unit luxury condominium apartment towers project were undertaken to create luxury residential estate in the Fort Bonifacio Development Area. The complex is located on a gateway site adjacent to the exclusive Forbes Park Residential district and the neighboring Manila Golf and Polo Clubs.
Unobstructed views, while embracing the lush private gardens at their base, Essensa retains nearly 70% of its site for landscape and open space.

amanpulo February 12th, 2008, 12:13 AM Would anyone know if the units in Essensa (one unit from another) are separated by gypsum boards only (and not by concrete)? Heard somewhere that this is the case.

Here's a typical floor plan.. http://www.essensa.com.ph/plans.html The masters bathroom has a window and looks like suite 2 does also, the others don't. Personally I don't mind if the bathrooms don't have windows, no need for blinds if theres no window hehe

absolutblue June 26th, 2012, 11:19 PM Guess this one isn't gypsum?
haha actually I think I read on here before that they use gypsum also but it isn't so much of a issue as only the kitchen shares a wall with a neighbouring unit.
Jose Mari June 27th, 2012, 08:29 AM It was built when they really intended BGC to be a truly high-end district. Genuinely 1st class development. I love the butterfly shape of the buildings and the beautiful windows. I just can't imagine how CPI went from this level to SOMA and SOHO... SO sad.
