Would anyone know if the units in Essensa (one unit from another) are separated by gypsum boards only (and not by concrete)? Heard somewhere that this is the case.

Lol mate you are right , but there is one problem , I love to smoke when you know i'm inside the bathroom and listen to my ipod. And really I can assure you the air quality deteriorate dramatically after only 2 minutes.

haha actually I think I read on here before that they use gypsum also but it isn't so much of a issue as only the kitchen shares a wall with a neighbouring unit.

It was built when they really intended BGC to be a truly high-end district. Genuinely 1st class development. I love the butterfly shape of the buildings and the beautiful windows. I just can't imagine how CPI went from this level to SOMA and SOHO... SO sad. :lol:
