I took some photos of the construction going on off of route 7 in Falls Church. They are trying to urbanize the area with condos along Broadway with street level retail. While there is a lot of work to go it is a huge improvement on what was formerly there. I didn't know where else to post these since the DC area development thread is closed, so if this is in the wrong place get rid of it.

Well, they should price these condos at just the right amount, not too high that the majority of mid income people will shy away, and not too low that it would attract low income people who will cram each unit with three, four or even five whole families
