Great building...but often forgotten and underrated because of its hidden location in Salcedo village.

Yes, this is a beautiful building with great management by Fraser Place.

rates are in dollar, right? this is expensive. i think price is comparable with Oakwood. and how can i forget this structure? it's right behind my workplace...citibank. i'm digging through my imagestation photos for some constributions to this thread. by the way, ^^ that photo must have been taken from Gercon Building. A lowrise structure beside UCPB Bldg along Makati Avenue.

So is this the penthouse on top of the Gercon Building? Is this connected with Gerry Contreras? Took this photo from Fraser.

could be sir, but i don't know who the guy is. :D i guess you should be the one who knows and have access to the vantage points for photography here in makati. hehe...anyway, i am thinking that the photo might be taken from the Mandarin Hotel across the street. but from the looks of it, it looks like it was taken without any zoom, in other words taken from Gercon itself.

I remember Sir Efren (aka queetz) saying this is composed of 2 fused towers. I am still wondering how. And where are these two structures. Lengthwise or crosswise? :nuts:

haha ngayon lang ako naka tikim ng condo na katulad ng Fraser..:) Magaling kasi si misis mag tipid at mag ipon ... anyway I watched Urban Zone with Daphne Osena and they showed the G Hotels designed by the architect Gerry Contreras and read somewhere that he had a penthouse condo in Makati.

could be the penthouse of Gercon. it has pool in it and sometimes, i see gatherings of big time companies. i think the last time i saw was IBM or HP's yearender. Or Microsoft yata. the funny thing is, they used the bare wall of PCI tower to flash their digital projectors.

Hehehe...that's fun! we've been there (Capones) not for a drink of frustration. konting seminar lang. mas malapit yung sa Aposento sa Manhattan Square. Right in front of Citibank.

this building reminds me of a building in HK, yung the Harbourside, para talagang ganito, gawin lang 73 floors :)
