anyone here who actually lives there or has lived there?
ok ba ang maintenance nito at saka homeowners association?
i saw the prices for condo units in buyandsell and sounds like its a very good deal for the location.

i think they transferred to Ortigas - AIC Tower I guess. and yeah, a lot of stations are housed on one floor up there. Can't remember if it was 7th or 9th. I can remember of Magic 89.9, RT 99.3, 94.7 Mellow. And 103.5 yata. :) Claimed a prize there too...at Magic. Hehe...

sabi ng officemate ko who lives there the place is lonely and depressing daw. sometimes freaky. but he didn't elaborate. :lol:

well.. this tower do look lonely and isolated.. it being in the middle of factories.... and it has looked a bit run-down already... it needs a facelift...

I don't think so... I think Petron was built prior to this.. so it didn't get the chance...

Yeah, it does look old and dated. If it were clad in glass, this would have been a more imposing landmark, considering that it's the tallest building on the entire stretch of Edsa.

That's my picture, I took it from the roof deck of GA tower 1 :) Shame I only have a point and shoot camera, there are great views of the metro.

I don't see anything bad about this building. Not all buildings can look as pretty and glassy as the GT International Tower, you know. A little diversity is a good thing and I think Paragon is quite fine as it is.

except for that tower :lol:

the design isn't the worst, but the isolation of the building (as exemplified in the first photos) puts it down a few points for me.

i like its isolation to other establishments.

Anong taon ba itinayo ang building na ito? Mukhang kailangan na niya ng massive renovation. Ang maganda lang diyan ay yung Ricoa sa ibaba. Sobrang bango ng naaamoy ko diyan. :)

I'm not really up-to-date and knowledgeable sa Flair. Madami na nakapalibot sa Paragon.. there's Flair, Cenntera, sa bandang Boni MRT naman yung SM Light.

Anyone remembers this from the Paragon Booklet? Notice that "Proposed LRT3 Route" Classic :) medyo tahimik pa ang EDSA nung araw.
