Only the second picture from the bottom is of Indigo Landing. Most of the rest are of the Afterdeck Café, which is located next to it.

A food court that offers cheap eats behind the Charthouse.

Georgetown, Washington Harbor

Not a restaurant per se, but a multiuse complex that includes a number of restaurants with outdoor seating facing Rosslyn and the Potomac.

I like Sequoia. Also, the employee lounge in the Pentagon City Nordstrom offers a pretty nice view of PC and Crystal City, it actually has a skyline. I'll think of more when I get more time.

The most amazing restaurant view is in the Skydome Bar, the only revolving bar in the metro, atop the Pentagon/Crystal City Doubletree. It makes a complete rotation every 40 minutes or so. The views changing between the Arlington CBDS (Rosslyn, Courthouse, Ballston...), Downtown DC, Pentagon, Crystal City and absolutely amazing views of the Pentagon from 15 floors up.

D'oh, forgot about that one! I was in the revolving restaurant in Nashville a few months back. It's too bad there aren't more such restaurants.
