the exterior color is all wrong. it just doesnt blend with the surroundings, and i think it underminds the beautiful buildings around it by making people stare in awe (and not in a good way)

I've already been here, Nice naman eh... And maganda nga yung view sa taas, yung may resto and mini-pool, but may part dun na scary:( haha, may spa din ata sa taas... Maganda yung view! yung Laguna de Bay and Manila Bay, lalo na pag mag-uumaga, magsusunset, :)

Dito nga pala nagstay sila Danica Sotto and Mark Pingris nung wedding nila:lol:

Kawawa naman itong building na ito na masyadong nadya-judge at nalalait .
Maganda naman ang interiors at amenities nito which are more important , so don't judge it by its cover because its not a book :) :)

Waaa I can see our house from up there!

I personally think they made a mistake on the 'Ghery-decostructivist' style on the facade (referring to the lower portion, what is seen from normal eye view) which is the building's identifying mark.

Should they wanted a full deconstructive idea, sana yung buong building nalang! Daring na sana, e mukhang "nahiya" kasi...

is this high maintenance...

On some angles, it actually looks nice. Perhaps they used too much colors and the materials used looked like they didn't go well with each other. The interiors look grand though!

Are there any chances that Vivere 2 tower will be built ? There is a promising render before of the tower 2 , which is also taller ( around 35 -40 ) storey, hopefully it will push through.

Erm wow, I think the exterior is a very sad attempt at deconstructivism.

Anyway, quite a so-so building that's on the border of decent and ugly. 6/10

^^ I only give 5/5 the reason is down below...

^ Lol. But this is a skyscraper forum, we judge buildings by their height and design (particularly exteriors). And judging on that, I don't think this is an ugly building when infact, I like it ;)

Just an okay looking to me also. I guess it is particularly eyecatching since the glassy modern twin tower behind it is destructive to the actual art of Vivire since a strong contrast to what you can say "modern". Vivire seems out of place, it's a design of a building you would most likely see in Miami Florida on a beach side which is supposed to be more laid back and casual as opposed to glassy tall building that you can say "futuristic" (kind of) and you would see in most modern cities that is considered the "financial district".
