Hi,
Does anybody have old pictures of the Canberra Lines barracks along the old Canberra Road of the '70s? These barracks used to house the British Navy officers and cadets as well as served as hospitals during the colonial times.
In the '70s, these blocks were rented out to S'pore citizens when the British army left S'pore. I remember the blocks were 2 storey high and were numbered from 1 to 31. Some of the names which these blocks sit on were Madras, Delhi, Kowloon roads. This place is currently replaced with new Sembawang HDB blocks and these roads are replaced with Wellington Circle.
Thanks
