i got this computer generated statement telling me to renew my insurance policy/certificate for the loan/property...

it is as if i used to have some kind of insurance arrangement with uob, but i think i didn't apply for any mrta/mlta.

is there some other insurance policy i'm missing out here?

they say to reply within 14 days, else they'll automatically renew with their panel insurers. i don't know them, and i don't know if i should be paying for anything in the first place.

letter was sent by the credit administration dept of uob.

I did not receive such letter .Maybe need to check my hometown mailbox as my mailing address still to hometown.:bash:

I also did not pay MRTA.I did term refund or something .Take insurance to cover the loan and then will get the money back once installment fully paid.Yearly amount about 2K.

Tearing down the wall between the master bedroom and the second one would make the master bedroom quite large alright, but it seems to me you would give up on the second bathroom in the process.

On the other hand, perhaps not such a bad idea if you fear you'll be inundated with visitors once word about your guest room leaks out. :D

yes i retain all ori colours only do feature walls only.

normal school of thought, for low ceiling less than 12 feet, always keep it white or at least a bright off-white colour. never dark it will make it stuffy.

compared to mine which is all white..at least u have a red kitchen lar..hehe..my kitchen is also white what :)

Based on personal opinion yea...your lights are kinda "white" which means it gives a very cold and stiff ambience..try putting more yellow lights( warm white for neons) to create a warm cozy love shack..haha:nuts:

actually all my light are from the GE and that is the warmest light colour they have. they have 3 colour range, warm light, cool light, daylight (whitest).

i think the off-white/beige wall colour makes the wall light looks more white than warm orange. :-( takpe i need to play around with my halogen spot light after this... kekekeke... to get more ambiance light. i will also experiment with some yellow/orange coloured plastic placed inside the wal light casing to see if that would do the trick.

the glasskote is now white? i tot it is supposed to be black?:nuts:

Do u notice that most of the hand sprays in public toilets are leaking , this is caused by the water pressure , water is constant flow in the hand spray's hose . A stopper will function to stop this constant flow of water from the source to the hose. Hopes my layman explaination helps.

tak ingat mcm mana the design oledi. u should follow the showroom punya arrangement.

master bedroom = king size no prob at all. plenty of room.
2 and 3 = queen will fit but will be a bit tight in the 3rd room. unless u bought the end unit with bigger 2nd and 3rd rooms.

furniture = got kids? better dark leather or fabric sofa with changable slip covers

master bathroom = yes quite small!!! what to do?! unless u wanna whack the wall open and let the bathroom + master bedroom have an open plan concept.

curtains... kamdar or macy. i feel ikea fabric is kinda pricey... buy the ready made ones even better!

i hv 2 frens that bought there... both choose villa wangsamas over havanna because;

1. 10-20% cheaper
2. loads of freebies... free hot water, free kitch cabs, etc etc...
3. their layout is interesting... and having 3 bathrooms and 3+1 bedrooms is a big plus....

for the -ve points... i'd rather not say here.... :lol:

the other day grohe(flowline malaysia) had a warehouse sale... they are selling the bidet (WC hand spray) for only rm60. go to jalan ipoh laa... tonnes of hardware shops there...

with a huge lagoon type pool in the middle plus multi-storey carpark underneath it.

in term of facilities much better than axis residences and even better than SM, i think...
just that they don't hv much at ground level i think. really cramp i think. but with a roof top heated pool, who cares if they do not have a rolling green park. kekekeke...

facilities wise no doubt, but they are paying under commercial maintenance fee nontheless. just dont like the surrounding area.
