It's a shame that these are older pics.

They painted this building recently so those pics show some serious crap...which no longer exists.
The color is basically just like the first rendering shows. It's quite lovely now.

I have mixed feelings on this building. The facade is pretty ugly, but the curve is it's redeeming quality. From the outside it's a 6.5/10....but it's what's on the inside that counts! I remember the first time I went to the Marriot Marquis on a project for my architecture class in college. When I saw the atrium for the first time I was in complete awe! I had never seen anything like it. I couldn't stop looking up with my jaw on the floor! :guns1: From the inside, it's a 9.9/10!

In all I'll give this building an 8.5/10. :)

The facade is beautiful now people...but I guess the only thing you have to go by is old photos. >(

Does this building suffer from acid reflux? Bloating from too much gas?

The facade could have been improved since I consider Atlanta to be one of the hotbed cities in setting Global architecture and design. If they improve the facade it could have been much better. THe inside of the tower looks awesum. 7 out of 10.

I don't know why someone would post this building without pictures of the inside atrium. Hardly does it justice. It's like being inside a whale.
