Did anyone catch that article in last weeks Prime Site about the new tower going up in Rockhampton. It is designed by Cottee Parker and will be 16 stories high. Its a residential tower and I think its called 'the edge' or something.

Its funny nobody has posted anything about it.

I only count around 12 - 13 stories, though this is only a render and plans could have easily changed since. Probably includes underground... Either way a very impressive building, I love this design and a great development for Rocky. See also the website: http://www.theedgeapartments.com.au/

Well, it still is really, its been approved and ready for construction whilst the other ones are proposed, and apparantly have not been approved.

Any idea how tall it will be?

Id say 54m from the top of my head but if the sales are doing fairly ordinaray that would reflect whats going to happen with the new 30 story hotel and apartment complex planed for rocky.

I think Rockhampton, this tower, and the new project with 2x15st and 1x30st needs to be added to Emporis.
