One special note about Wuxi, Nanking and Hangzhou: Annual snowfall of these 3 cities are usually higher than Beijing or Tianjin. This is largely due to orographic effect combined with coastal moisture, absent in most Northern cities. Küsel March 25th, 2007, 01:26 AM  I don't believe it - that is a surprise, so cool.
