The Puget Sound Biz Journal said today that there are now plans to tear down the 4 story old Regence Blue Shield building at Virginia and Terry to build a 32 story residential hi rise. Denny Triangle is really going to get dense!:banana:

FYI I made a thread on this site a few days ago. "1800 Terry" Also the DPD and Google earth have it on Howell & Terry and have it as a 30 story building. :dunno:
