Whether cities are close or far to a certain city, in fact, very subjective. For a frist guess they are considered as very close. either Nanking or the other one.

Incorrect--- You need an "update" of the future skyline of that city.

Indeed. Vietnam's two largest cities have lots of new projects, resemble that of Southern Chinese cities.
