Hi, this is an amazing tower, hope it gets built. I've translated the french text, excuse my french, didn't use it in a long time so it will for sure have grammatical mistakes, but oh well. Looks like this one could be just under 300m with that spire:

The height for this tower is a soaring 290 meters--making it the tallest residential building in Qatar, and the third tallest residential tower in the world!*

1. Q1 Tower Gold Coast City 323 m 1,058 ft 78 2005
2. Eureka Tower Melbourne 297 m 975 ft 91 2006
3. Millennium Tower Dubai 285 m 935 ft 60 2006

*if the true final height of the tower is 290 m. then it will fit in as the 3rd tallest in the world based on the listings in http://www.emporis.com/en/bu/sk/st/tp/ty/rs/

I suppose you got that 290m figure from SSP. It was just an estimate, not an offical height for the height of the spire. And estimates aren't usually visible for the public and are just used to place the buildings in the diagrams.

After the height of the highest floor is now released (208m) I suppose it will be about 250m to the tip of the spire (that is if they build the version with the spire) and 212-214m to the roof.

fantastic update, looks indeed very huge, but the height in the title is still wrong ^^

^^ Thanks :)

The real height is unknown, but I would predict somewhere around 250 meters or even it might go up to 300 meters! This is certainly way more than the City Center Towers which are 200 meters tall now, and that is not even completed or without the spire.
