€900 million residential tourism project
Camin Global, owners of the Golden Eagle Golf Course at Quinta do Brinçal, Rio Maior (centre) is developing a €900 million residential tourism project – the Golden Eagle Residence & Golf Resort. The phased development will take 12 years to complete and offer plots of between 1400 and 4700m2 for residences and apartments. It will include two hotels and an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, polo fields, football training camps, jogging and keep fit circuits, a Congress Centre, sheltered residential care homes for senior citizens, children's nurseries, a school and community centre, offices, banks, retail units, cinemas and restaurants. Sales in the first phase are due to begin over the next 3 years. According to Camin Global Chairman Manuel Cascão, Golden Eagle’s mission is to offer a tourism and residential development of high quality in a rural environment with the convenience of nearby urban facilities. :cheers:
