Alrededor del millón de dólares. :eek2: Las más bonitas y grandes, bastante por encima de esa cifra. Pero tiene todo cerca, tranquilidad, belleza y hasta una estación del Tren Urbano! (T.U. Torrimar).

Hmmm, ya sabía yo que lo bonito cuesta caro, al igual que la tranquilidad.

que lindas son las casas en san juan :) me gustan mucho bueno aqui en mi ciudad jarabacoa las casas san mas un tipo miami un color maiz, con tejas rojas y la mayoria de 2 niveles aunque hay muchas que son de 3 y niveles como la de el ex presidente hipolito mejias que es una de las mas modernas de la ciudad. tambien la de el ex diputado de jarabacoa y constanza marselino dominguez "mi primo" que es una marabilla de casa es presiosa oh tambien esta la casa de los marte que es bellisima y tambien en las montañas hay muchas cabañas y hoteles en presidente leonel fernades hiso una carrete ra en la montaña una carretera muy laga y curbosa para en la sima de la montaña construir una cabaña pero tambien en las montañas hay un inversionista norte americano que tambin hizo una carretera larga y curbosa no tan grande como la de leonel y esta costrullendo unas megas cabañas en la montaña tambien el tipo de costrucion de jarabacoa es campestre de cabañas deviduo a su clima el mejor del caribe despues de constanza jejej pero tambien por ato vienjo estan costruyendo muchas cabañas.

Mi viaje comenzó en la Zona Bancaria de Hato Rey:

1. Vi como va el proyecto de Coliseum Tower:

Mi estilo y color favorito para una casa! Quiero tener una casa bien caribeña con esos estilos y colores xD.

En Las Piedras hay una casa que me tiene enchulao. No la he retratado por que esta en una curva malisima, pero esa casa esta demasiao.

¿Donde está Guaynabo? ¿Es parte del Area Metropolitana de San Juan?

Otra cosa, ¿ a que se debe que en unas fotos las casas no parecen tener rejas, mintras otras están enrejadas a tal punto que no parecen casas ya?

Es un barrio bonito el de las fotos. Me gustaron mucho las casas, el estilo de la mayor parte de ellas. Se ve que son de un estilo moderno, pero con buen gusto. Digo "pero", porque he visto otras "estilo moderno" que parecen solo cajones de cemento. Estas son diferentes. Me gusta la vegetación, el cesped, el verdor que se aprecia.

Guaynabo es el dormitorio por excelencia de las clases mas afluentes en San Juan, seguido de cerca por el sector Santa Maria- San Francisco en Rio Piedras.

As a consequence, parts of the city have also served as a San Juan suburb preferred by upper-middle and high income families. Perhaps due to this fact, today, Guaynabo has the highest per capita income in Puerto Rico. Torrimar, Garden Hills, Ext. Villa Caparra, San Patricio and Tintillo are among the upper class neighborhoods located in Guaynabo that where built in the 1950s and 1960s, with the notable exeption of Villa Caparra and Suchville, San Juan's first wealthy suburbs built in the 1920s. Construction continued between the 1970s and 1990s, where hundreds of new upper middle class developments continued weere built: Parkville, Tierra Alta, Villas Reales, Mansiones de Guaynabo, Mansiones Reales and Palmas Reales amomg many others. As a result of the proliferation of upper middle class and wealthy neighborhoods, Guaynabo has many of the most expensive private schools in Puerto Rico, including Colegio Marista Guaynabo, The Baldwin School and Academia San José. The first moden shopping mall built in the caribbean and Latin America was built in Guaynabo in 1963 in the San Patricio sector next to Villa Caparra.

Also the skyline of Guaynabo is filled with over a hundred high rise buildings. Most of the residential condominiums, but also various major headquaters for banks, and other businesses,

Las fotos estan brutales. Lo mas que me impacta de ellas en lo personal es que reconozco la mayoria de los lugares o sea las he visto con mis propios ojos como por ejemplo, las dos ceibas que estan juntas las cuales estan en Quebradillas y las veo siempre que visito a mis abuelos en Camuy. Grax Manka x rescatar estas fotos y mostrarnoslas.

Esa primera foto es de Utuado,la estructura en el centro es la Escuela Vocacional,mas a la derecha creo que es una escuela Intermedia y un poco mas a la derecha puedes ver la construccion de la PR-10.

Si, hay fotos de Quebradillas, Utuado, Ponce, Guayama, entre otros lugares. No se me emocione al reconocer par de sitios. Al menos me he dado cuenta que conozco a mi isla, lol.

Jeje yo tambien conozco unos cuantos lugares,por cierto esa Vocacional de Utuado esta cab..

Bueno al instlar vista se quito y me gust amas el ke tengo ahora xD

pero anyway, estan brutales.

Como la semana pasada me la tome libre, pues me dedique ha hacer turismo interno. Visite varios municipios de la isla, entre ellos Corozal, Naranjito, Cidra, Comerio, Cagua, Luquillo, Canovanas, Catan~o, Guaynabo, Trujillo Alto y por supuesto, he podido conocer mas sobre mi pueblo Carolina.

De los municipios que visite me impresiono mucho el municipio de Comerio. A la verdad que tiene A+. Todas las calles estaban bien limpias, los edificios pintados y bien cuidados. Me encontre con un super puente que estaba en construccion. Se veia bien impresionante. Sus montan~as no tienen comparacion, sus rios, sus calles bien pavimentadas. Bueno yo por un momento pense que estaba en Colorado, USA. Y eso que antes se le conocia como el pueblo mas pobre de PR. Antes que Adjuntas le quitara el puesto.

Cidra es casi toda una ciudad, Me tope con un edificio que estaba en construccion que puede que llegue facilmente a 7 o 8 pisos. no es muy alto, pero para un municipio que se encuentra en el centro de la isla rodeado de montan~as esta muy bien. Tiene buenos centros comerciales y muy moderno. Su alcaldia estaba muy cuidada, pero considero que deben de restaurar algunos de los edificios que rodean al pueblo.
El municipio tiene A

Naranjito, tiene muy buenas carreteras. Parecian nuevas o sea, que el pueblo esta en proceso de modernizacion porque Comerio le esta comiendo los dulces. El centro del pueblo necesita ayuda urgente C+

Corozal fue la gran decepcion para mi. Ya parece una expansion de la zona metro, y como que sus vias no se ven muy organizadas por excepcion de una carretera que parece nueva, algo distante de el centro del pueblo. El centro del pueblo parece que no ha tenido arreglo alguno por mucho tiempo. Sinceramente no me gusto. Tiene D


Trujillo Alto: A progresado bastante, el area de la plaza no ha visto mucho cambio, pero su alrededores si. Incluso, tambien hay una construccion en el centro del pueblo, parece mas bien la nueva alcaldia de Trujillo Alto. Aunque no es muy alta, parece que va a quedar muy moderna. Tambien restauraron el puente viejo que en epoca pasada daba acceso a todo el pueblo de Trujillo. Pude tomar fotos del pueblo, mas bien de encantada y el expreso de Trujillo Alto, ya que iba de camino a visitar a unos familiares. El municipio se merece una A por lo mucho que ha progresado, y por la gran cantidad de edificios que tiene.
Luego posteare la fotos sobre Trujillo Alto ;)

Me alegro saber que visitaste mi pueblo Cidra. La verdad es que si se ha desarroollado, a pesar de que tenemos a Caguas por un lado y Cayey por el otro, los cualos son cudades enteras, Cayey podemos decir es independiente totalmente de otra ciudad/pueblo limitrofe ya que lo tienes todo y en varios numeros jajaja ( me refiero a varias sucurcales del mismo comercio), Tiene también el UPR- Cayey (campus más bello de las UPR's.) Bueno corrijo, tiene todo para suplir necesidades como un Wal Mart y un Kmart al mismo tiempo, Marshalls etc. Bueno dejando de hablar del pueblo vecino, Cidra tendrá otro centro comercial casi llegando al área conocida como La Sierra ( pertence a Caguas) pero que ayudará a generar ventas en el centro comercial.

Lo que dices de Comerío es totalmente cierto. Solía ser un pueblo muy pobre, pues lo he visitado durante toda mi vida ( La mitad de mi familia vive ahí) pero ahora es muy limpio y vibrante sin perder el espíritu de pueblo...
