I'm jealous, why is it that the miami architects always do better projects outside of miami?

I was trying to count the floors in the rendering but they're too small at the base. That looks to be in the 60ish range though. Whatever it is it looks HUGE!

This tower looks a lot like the Mandarin in Chicago, and to a lesser extentm the one in Dallas. Here is a photo of the MO in Chicago, possibly Houston, then Dallas:

It was an awesome project for sure.

i was confused by this project cause they had this other project called city centre that was being done over by bletway 8 and i-10 in the old town and country mall space.
