In the link. Click it, then go to Projects. Under that go to Multi-family, then scroll down to find this development.

It is about 60 stories.

I'm jealous, why is it that the miami architects always do better projects outside of miami?

I was trying to count the floors in the rendering but they're too small at the base. That looks to be in the 60ish range though. Whatever it is it looks HUGE!

Great design and great news for Houston, which hasn't built anything over 200m since the '80s when the office market crashed.

Awesome tower. I can see something like this working very well at Raleigh's Progress III site. Maybe i'll show this to Hamilton Merritt.

I totally agree. This is a great project for that location :okay:

By the way, how tall will the second tower be? Looks like a 15-20 story tower.

This tower looks a lot like the Mandarin in Chicago, and to a lesser extentm the one in Dallas. Here is a photo of the MO in Chicago, possibly Houston, then Dallas:

By seeing this covers 3/4ths of a block, I think the FAR has to be over 30. Thats great!!!!!!!

Manhattan caliber density; Thank the Lord for lack of Density zoning.
