I think that the skyscraper itself will be build only in 3 years or so, theyre building the 12 floors buildings ATM (which are arround it)

Well there arent much more updates about this, the construction work had started few months ago, but the skyscraper itself will start getting built in a year or so, now theyre building few 12 floors buildings which will surround the 60 floor skraper!

well ages ago on a few sites and on skyscraperpage and this one too i myself thinks its a good idea too israel needs to get some good skyscraper designers which would give it a glassy look!!!!!!!!!!;) :guns1:

well thats understandable rom but i wish more 80 stories to a 110 stories and more glass like light blue to dark blue and grey color glasses and gothic style too like stone look alikes and i guess abit of black glass skyscrapers!!!!!!!!!;) :guns1:

Bad News : Ampa freezes plans for 60-storey skyscraper :(

Two more companies have joined the growing list of companies that are freezing or postponing plans for constructing office buildings, due to the market slowdown, oversupply and low demand. Ampa has frozen plans to build a 75,000-sq.m. 60-storey skyscraper on Yigal Alon St., Tel Aviv. The building would have been one of the highest in Israel.
Ampa will continue construction of the first 20,000-sq.m. building in the project. It has leased half the space to date, in contracts signed a year ago. Tenants will pay $16 per sq.m. per month, in five-year contracts with five-year options, and an option to buy space at $1,900 per sq.m.
