Site

The landscape philosophy for the Monarch development will be predominantly indigenous, with tropical displays introduced in selective areas. This combination will create subtle discipline, edged with informality, ensuring the surrounds are aesthetically pleasing.

The creation of an indigenous coastal forest screen along the entire boundary will ensure privacy and will attract an array of birds and insect life. It will also act as an environmental barrier, helping lessen the impact of the prevailing winds. Feature landscape elements will be introduced to enhance interest within the landscaped areas.

I like the look of this one, although its proximity to the beach is slightly worrying, given our recent huge waves.

its nowhere near as close to the beach as the places in ballito. Also, the natural dune vegetation is still in place here which protects the properties. Also there was no damage in la mercy in the storms primarily due to the dunes. Also its 50m inland from the high water mark

What in gods name? In La Mercy? Man this is looking good, they only thing Iv seen so far on Lamercy, is the small block of flats that they advertise in the paper week in & week out. This really looks good. The prices are about the same as the going rate along the north coast. Close to the airport, no far from Umhlanga & u got beach at your door step, not bad, not bad at all
