mnemonick July 17th, 2012, 04:03 PM SM to open third mall in Pampanga
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO—SM Prime Holdings Inc. (SMPH) will open on Friday its 44th mall in the country.
In a statement, the SMPH said SM City San Fernando is “strategically located right at the heart of the city in line the heritage district.” The 7-story mall is only a few meters from the city hall and the Metropolitan Cathedral of San Fernando.
In October 2000, SMPH opened its first mall in Central Luzon at the boundary of this city and Mexico town, while another mall is in Clark, Angeles City.
SM Pampanga is about six kilometers away from SM City San Fernando.
Gov. Lilia Pineda and mayor Oscar Rodriguez, who supported the establishment of the third Sy-owned mall in Pampanga, are expected to lead the blessing and inauguration of the mall on Thursday afternoon.
The SMPH said the high-rise mall has a total land area of 7,835 square meters (sqm) and 28,753 sqm of floor area. Major tenants are SM Department Store and SM Supermarket which will occupy 8,189.39 sqm and 2,578.01 sqm, respectively.
“The mall and its exterior heritage design will please every shopper to its convenient, secured, and fun-loaded worry-free shopping. Anchor tenants like the SM Department Store, SM Supermarket, SM Cinema plus fashion, electronics, beauty wellness shops, vital services and restaurants with three levels of parking will provide the best shopping experience that everyone is looking for,” said the SMPH statement.
This development came as the SMPH started in January the rehabilitation of the SM Clark in Angeles City. The work reportedly worth at least P.5 billion is expected to be completed by March 2013.
Ana Datu, SM Clark assistant mall manager, said site development had been completed and new and additional parking lots are now ready for use. “We are in the process of connecting the new expansion building with the main mall. This is the reason we have to temporarily close the meeting place area and reroute traffic,” said Datu.
The expansion at the SM Clark branch opened in 2006 will be for its additional retail stores and business process outsourcing offices. It sits on a 16-hectare area at boundary of Angeles City and Mabalacat.

So its official, SM Clark Expansion is in the boundary of Angeles City and Mabalacat, just like SM Pampanga is in the boundary of City of San Fernando and Mexico..... at last, may Major Mall narin ang Mabalacat kahit nakihati lang :cheers::lol:

Karisma July 17th, 2012, 04:59 PM Talaga nman Mabalacat un SM Clark Expansion kasi last Feb 12 un opisyal ng SM PRIME kay boking nakipaguzap at si boking pa nagbigay ng signal to start the construction. it was published in Sunstar.

mnemonick July 17th, 2012, 05:17 PM ^^ No doubt, mananalo ang yes ..... pero mga 5 years pa siguro bago maramdaman ang pagiging city ng Mabalacat dito in terms of infrastructures and investments

dapat binili nlng SM un para expand gawin SM CITY in the future.
un SM SF wala pa pala 1hectare un lot nila. so un 1hectare property ay pwd na gawin SM CITY :-)
mnemonick July 17th, 2012, 05:39 PM ^^ dinaan nalang sa taas, 7 floors, so from 0.7 ha, ngayon almost 3 ha na sya (cumulative).
".It sits on a 16-hectare area at boundary of Angeles City and Mabalacat."
mnemonick July 17th, 2012, 05:46 PM ^^ Wala ata.
Megaohm July 17th, 2012, 05:49 PM ^^ No doubt, mananalo ang yes ..... pero mga 5 years pa siguro bago maramdaman ang pagiging city ng Mabalacat dito in terms of infrastructures and investments
3 years lang kung may bagong mayor kakayanin. Kasi mag start na agad madaming projects pag nagka ganun. Ilang years ba in the making ang Mabalacat cityhood? Courtesy ba ni mayor or nahinog nalang dahil sa pag boom ng business in the nearby Clark?

This is according to Angeles City Info Office.
So 17 years in the making
sisigman July 17th, 2012, 05:53 PM So its official, SM Clark Expansion is in the boundary of Angeles City and Mabalacat, just like SM Pampanga is in the boundary of City of San Fernando and Mexico..... at last, may Major Mall narin ang Mabalacat kahit nakihati lang :cheers::lol:
Nyahaha.

librero July 17th, 2012, 06:07 PM Thanks! I just checked Google Maps...

kht nga ako di makapaniwala siguro lng it was honest mistakes on the part of data sa SF
sa COA meron data about income
eh ang highest income in central luzon in 2010 COA Report is 1. Olongapo 2.SF (alam ko 985M) 3. Angeles.

Ganun ba sir, curious lang kasi ako sir I thought lang kasi nakarating ka na sa Rome which is one of my dream destination.
OO sir karisma, I have visited the Betis Church and I must say it is simply majestic, the paintings done are divine and the ornate carvings on the church doors are simply one of a kind.
Its more like seeing the San Agustin Church in Intramuros. :)
The church is also called the "Philippines' Sistine Chapel".
Perseus II July 18th, 2012, 12:54 AM Hahaha... I'm no expert, just an avid fan of churches...

exactly sir librero, how could you compare when you didn't experience both :)
Im a fan of churches too... I have seen Barasoain Church, St. Williams, San Agustin, Manila Cathedral, The churches in Bicol and way up North, etc....

Luckily for us here in Angeles City, we have the Holy Rosary Church which I think is one of the most beautiful in the land :),

Luciano noted that the CIA is not at a standstill, as he cited an ongoing feasibility study funded from a grant from the Asia Foundation for the construction of a new low cost terminal similar to Kuala Lumpur’s. This would cover about 30 hectares, he added.
Luciano explained that this study, for which the government is not spending at all, is different from another costing P100 million from DOTC funds.
“The P100-million feasibility study would cover everything, including the vertical structures all over the 2,000-hectare aviation complex,” he noted. He recalled that other studies in the past were “mere land use plans” that identified where features of the aviation complex are to be located.
Luciano stressed that the new lost cost terminal, which is the subject of the Asia Foundation-funded feasibility study, would accommodate 10 million passengers annually. “It would be finished and fully operational by 2015,” he added.

you cant call data by legitimate government bodies as illegitimate just because they don't match your perception of your hometown.
in the report, it even mentioned:
Other Metro Manila cities with their own business districts, such as Quezon City, Manila, and Taguig, are conspicuously absent from the Top 10 per capita income list but are still money-makers overall.
Quezon City, for example, is actually the No.1 city in terms of total income, posting a huge P10.3 billion income in 2009. Manila is No. 3 while Taguig City (location of The Fort Global City) is No. 10 in the total income list. Despite huge total incomes, these cities have low per capita income because of the large number of their population.
instead of being in denial, why not just check kung bakit mababa ang per capita income ng San Fernando kahit na mataas naman sila bilang "money-maker" city. di lang naman San Fernando... look at Cagayan De Oro, it's part of the bottom 10, too, habang CDO is a very progressive city.
COA is a government arm just like NCSB. Yung mga professional statisticians, nasa NCSB talaga.
In any case, these data are 2009 data. Maybe SF is no longer in the bottom 3 in the years that followed.
Hopefully, the city mayors will seriously and objectively look at these statistics to help them pinpoint areas of concern that they could focus on to improve the situation in their cities.
-NCSB
don't worry. even NCSB is surprised. Now the task is to find out why.
And isn’t it surprising to see San Fernando (Region III), Cavite, Malabon, and Cagayan de Oro among the bottom 10 in Per Capita Income?
mnemonick July 18th, 2012, 06:17 AM @Librero I'm also looking for those
sisigman July 18th, 2012, 06:58 AM here's something worse for San Fernando (in 2009).
In NCSB's chart, San Fernando (P) is the BOTTOM-MOST city in terms of IRA per capita (internal revenue allotment divided by the population of the city).
http://img819.imageshack.us/img819/2817/irapercapita.jpg
something must have happened to San Fernando in 2009 that caused all this. What could it be? Sudden increase in population? Low income that year? Etc. From #79 in 2008, it fell 55 spots down to the bottom-most number.
Look at the other cities included in the bottom list... They are also known as progressive cities, yet they have the lowest IRA per capita.

i did not say BGLF as "illegitimate" i use the word "reliable" its not the same meaning.
im sure why
Manila, QC, is not included on the top because heavily populated s in millions, population ata QC 2M+ na ata kaya mababa per capita despite multibillions income. CDO has a population of not less than 600K.
un SF is not populated around 250K (2009) pero mataas naman income.
anyway lets move on to this topic :-)

you're taking this emotionally. we're trying to solve it why it's like this. you can't just move on from something that's purely statistical. that's not very scientific and enlightening.
as for myself, I would like to keep on researching about what could have caused it.
since you mentioned na mataas ang income ng San Fernando noong 2009, can we have the actual number, so we can compute it with the population of SF back in 2009?
librero July 18th, 2012, 07:31 AM here's something worse for San Fernando (in 2009).

IRA per capita can't actually be a basis para masabing worse ang San Fernando because it is outside San Fernando's control... Low income has nothing to do with IRA... Population?
While the increase in population dictates an increase in IRA, we shoud still consider the area of the place which is actually also considered in the computation of IRA...
sisigman July 18th, 2012, 07:42 AM ^ worse, meaning, in terms of ranking, not worse as in the city is bad
librero July 18th, 2012, 07:47 AM ^^got your point sir... but "ranking" alone is meaningless sir. Your posting of the said ranking must have some meaning... :)
i think among the top ang San Fernando
try to look at research or survey na sinasabi ko na pinost ni sisigman SF has high number of middle class family breakdown natin
CLASS AB (VERY RICH) .2%
CLASS C+ (RICH) 8.3%
CLASS C (Middle class) 59.%
CLASS D (poor) 31.3%
CLASS E (poorest of the poor) 1.1%
so almost 70% ang combine ng
very rich + ..rich +..middle class
.

same with SM CITY CLARK half-half sila ng Mabalacat hehe un kasi sm clark expansion nasa Mabalacat na
I have a few notions about this... though I am no expert on the subject matter.
Correct me if I am wrong :)
I dont think Angeles City shares taxes with Mabalacat regarding SM Clark :)
As far as I know, SM Clark doesn't pay local taxes. What it does is pay the land rentals to CDC which is based on percentage on revenue or a minimum guaranteed lease. I think it also pays a percentage amount deriving from its operations.
But the workers and tenants at the mall will pay their local taxes to the local government which is Angeles City.

i have no idea about taxes in SM Clark.
palagay ko nagbabayad din ang tax sm clark mismo meron lng siguro incentives for being a freeport.
what im trying to say sa half-half ang Angeles&Mblacat pag natapos ang sm clark annex dun sila may share ang mabalacat because the area of annex belongs to mblcat
Karisma July 18th, 2012, 11:03 AM I have a few notions about this... though I am no expert on the subject matter.
Correct me if I am wrong :)
I dont think Angeles City shares taxes with Mabalacat regarding SM Clark :)

Yes sir I got your point :)
So you're referring to local taxes na eventually ibabayad ng mga locator sa SM CIty Clark annex which is within the area of Mabalacat na :)
ok sir karisma, point well taken :)
Perseus II July 18th, 2012, 11:13 AM sa anong bayan yan sir?
Yung Blessed Sacrament? Sa Holy Rosary Church dito sa Angeles City :)

Ok, he made such a strong statement there. By 2015, pag di pa rin nakatayo yang Budget Terminal.....#alamna #ipakosakrus
Vietnam has its grand airports on the process.

Good to see na Masantol and San Simon, malapit na mag 100M. And based sa preliminary report na to....wala nang municipality below 50M ang income, ma maintain lang nila to for another year, first class municipality na lahat ng town sa Pampanga  (tho im nervous for Sasmuan, umabot na kaya sila ng 50M? Last year kasi 47M na sila)

After Mabalacat, Porac na ang pinakamayaman!:banana: No wonder andaming construction along Angeles-Porac-Dinalupihan Road sa may Manibaug Libutad/Pasig areas, pati yung guts ng Porac to transfer the munisipyo to a bigger location.
Quarrying + Tourism really pays off for Porac.
Porac City na iyan! Hahaha.

Like the mythical phoenix rising from its ashes, a vast expanse of land rendered barren by Mt. Pinatubo’s volcanic ash and lahar flows is slowly but steadily coming to life.
Underground labyrinth. Pipes andfiber optics are installed beneath the ground. Jess Malabanan
Situated right in the heart of the Clark Free Port in Pampanga, a P150-billion state-of-the art industrial-residential complex project is going full blast.
The project, called Sabah Al-Ahmad Global Gateway Logistics City, is envisioned to become a transport-logistics hub, aero park, medical center and an investors’ haven, among other business activities.
“I see the entire areas fully developed in the next 10 years,” said Jeff Pradhan, director for business development at Peregrine Development Int’l, the American partner of Sabah Al-Ahmad.
Named after a Kuwaiti emir, the Sabah Al-Ahmad Global Gateway is a 15-minute drive from the Free Port’s main gate. It is parallel to the Clark International Airport, which makes the place a perfect blend of prime real state and facilities for all the business needs.
Pampanga Gov. Lilia Pineda says of the project: “It is an honor for Pampanga and Central Luzon as well to have this kind of project and a huge one at that.”
For his part, Mabalacat Mayor Marino Morales, is also upbeat. “It will spur economic activities and generate lots of jobs.”
The planned Aerotropolis is situated 30 minutes from Subic Bay Freeport via Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway.
The developers take pride in having all utility and infrastructure placed beneath the ground. “All the utility pipes and power cables including fiber optics are underground,” said Pradhan.
Work on the underground “labyrinth” costs $35 million (about P12 billion) excluding the newly constructed road network, he said.
The construction, Pradhan said is being done, taking into consideration the quality of work and in accordance with the international standards.
The roads are 35 meters wide, meaning ample space, Pradhan said.

The project broke ground in 2008 but Peregrine stepped into the picture only in 2010.
The Global Gateway Logistics City is subdivided into four major zones: 72-hectares Logistics Park; 58-ha Business Park; 27-ha Aero Park and 21-ha Town Center.
The Logistics Park will house aviation support activities, distribution centers, multi-modal transport hub, light industries and manufacturing facilities.
The Business Park will cater to corporate centers, financial and operational offices, support services, hotels and condominiums.
Aircraft modeling and simulation centers, air crew facilities, medical schools and hospitals will form part of the Aero Park area.
Iconic buildings will be built at the Town Center, which will have a commercial strip, fine dining restaurants, shops and boutiques and convention center, among other amenities.
“Just imagine, you will have a big number of occupational activities in the entire Aerotropolis,” Pradhan said.
Victor Luciano, president of Clark International Airport, said the project would “complement our program and vision for the airport and the Free Port being an investment haven.

mnemonick July 19th, 2012, 05:06 PM Overwhelming Yes seen in plebiscite
MABALACAT, Pampanga – “By the grace of God, by the sovereign will of the people, we are now a city!”
So practised last Wednesday Mayor Marino “Boking” Morales of the opening spiel of what could be the most important speech of is his life – the declaration of Mabalacat City – in Monday’s flag-raising ceremony.
The plebiscite is on Saturday – July 21 – yet, but Morales cocksureness of “an overwhelming Yes” vote is well-placed.
“Hundreds of happy, chanting residents packed all sorts of vehicles and joined our miting de avance around town culminating at the jampacked Xevera clubhouse,” Morales told an assembled group of mediamen.
“We met on the road the oppositor to cityhood, Vice Mayor Noel Castro, having his own motorcade by his lonesome. If that is not a clear indication of the vote on Saturday, I don’t know what is,” a confident Morales said.
No credible, much less considerable opposition to the Mabalacat cityhood was raised during the campaign that started July 5.
Even Castro was a signatory to the sangguniang bayan resolution that sought the first class municipality’s transformation into a component city. Castro laso participated in the lobbying during the House and Senate deliberations on the cityhood resolutions, authored by 1st District Rep. Carmelo Lazatin.
Thus, Castro made the singular object of criticism of the pro-cityhood forces during the campaign.
“The ayes have it,” said Diosdado Pangilinan, chair of the Mabalacat Water District and interim president of the Mabalacat Business Club.
“The people well understand the benefits a Mabalacat City will bring, in terms of addition to the IRA (internal revenue allotment) befitting cities, in terms of more programs and projects,” he added.
“The people are too intelligent to fall for the misinformation and lies bandied about by Castro of higher taxes cityhood was supposed to bring.”
Industrial and business establishments in Mabalacat, from the Trust International Paper Corp. to housing development giant Hausland, to Sogo Hotel down to the stalls of Marina and Dau Mart as well as Puregold and Jenra supermarkets united with the residents in campaigning for a Yes vote in the plebiscite.
Gov. Lilia G. Pineda openly endorsed cityhood and went out of her way to meet Wednesday evening with all the barangay leaders to assure them of the continuing support of the Capitol after Mabalacat became a city.
This, to dispel misinformation that once turned into a city, Mabalacat would be deprived of fund allotment from the provincial government.
“Katulad lang ng San Fernando kung saan patuloy ang suporta ng Kapitolyo, ganundin pag siyudad na ang Mabalacat, pati na ang sarili kong suporta,” the governor told her audience who responded with thunderous applause.
“It’s all over but the counting. We are now a city,” Morales said.

Hindi po, Angeles City can survive on its own without Clark, in fact, Clark Freeport Zone part of Angeles is just below 10%. Not sure about sa percentage ng Angeles and Mabalacat sa SM, i doubt they(SM) will even announce such thing. What I know po based on previous articles and on-going construction, SM Clark Annex will be built outside the fence of the parking lot and I think that outside that fence is already Mabalacat kasi its way too far na from 1st street and AFAIK, kay Boking nakipag deal ang SM sa pagpapatayo ng Annex nito. Then again, I don't have the Map of Mabalacat/Angeles (with Clark) so....

solll July 21st, 2012, 04:21 PM Hi guys! Since RA 10164 provides for the conversion of Mabalacat into a component city, it still is under the Provincial Government of Pampanga in terms of bureaucratic hierarchy, financial allotment, and political involvement.
For it to become a Highly Urbanized City (HUC), Mabalacat must pass, as Mnemonick said, population and income requirements and go through another whole cycle of legislation in the lower and upper houses, be signed by the president, and later on be voted in plebiscite anew by the citizens of the city. Only then will it be autonomous from the province. :)

Hi sanfernandino interesting question! Got me thinking haha
From how I see it, most of what Angeles City is today is largely due to its association with Clark ever since the place was still under American Air Force control, besides being the convenient center of both business and politics in the province during pivotal decades in the province's history.
For one, with the Americans' presence for a little less than 90 years, many industries, enterprises, and citizens from Culiat benefited a lot with the continuous spur of economy-bolstering activity for most of the 20th century. With it, cultures & sub-cultures, and many more of which its deviations are what we witness today (in the form of hospitality entertainment, etc), continue to partake, although at a much less density and intensity, in the Angeles local economy.
The trickle of benefits through the decades had mostly been to those at barangays conveniently beside the airbase's entrance, all presently sprawling with urbanization: Balibago, Malabanias, Anunas, and for Mabalacat then: Dau and Lakandula (which was actually formerly part of Angeles City known as New Balibago until its transfer to Mabalacat in the 1970s.
solll July 21st, 2012, 05:19 PM Besides what was already a tremendous boost in commerce in Clark Airbase, Angeles was already a growing economic center, specifically in the Poblacion (Santo Rosario), San Nicolas, and Pampang barangays with those capable of investing filling the 'kabayanan' of the city with numerous businesses. This, among others, such as providing linkages to the regional and provincial center of San Fernando from the northern and western towns, contributed to how Angeles is regarded now, heritage and culture-wise too.
Lastly, I also see a great deal of prosperity in the city today due to the political climate of decades back when the city still was under the provincial government, that (in my opinion) proved to be somewhat ultimately favorable. During the post World War II years from the late 1950s to the pre-Marcos years, Pampanga had either a Lazatin or a Nepomuceno at its helm. And due to this, a great deal of influence not only translated to the politicians themselves being incumbents from Angeles, but the city in general as well - which surely meant that fuinds during these times were, most often than not, definitely rightly funneled here, sans politicking.
All in all, I see the confluence of the American occupation of Clark, its already bustling economic potential, and political discursiveness as how Angeles City was and currently is, historicized vis a vis the present Freeport. :)
Now that it is a Highly Urbanized City with a diverse background, many factors can now be considered as new sources of growth besides Clark. Such is the growing Pulung Maragul, Pandan, Mining area as example; besides the renewal of modernizing taking hold in the Santo Cristo and Lourdes Northwest areas.
mnemonick July 21st, 2012, 05:19 PM Again, the expansion of SM Clark will be an expansion of the current complex and not a new separate building accdg. to the management and the ongoing construction. Renders of the interior can be seen at one of the former entry pouts of the mall!
I think that render is the "connecting hall" of the Main Building to the Annex Building
Ana Datu, SM Clark assistant mall manager, said that the site development had been done and the new and additional parking lots are now ready for use by its growing clientele.
“We are now in the process of connecting the new expansion building with the main mall. It’s the reason why we have to temporarily close the Meeting place area and re-route traffic,” said Datu.

Some provincial government buildings of Nueva Ecija are in Cabanatuan City kahit Palayan City ang capital. sisigman July 21st, 2012, 05:36 PM Cityhood suffers low voters turn-out
By Reynaldo G. Navales
Saturday, July 21, 2012
MABALACAT --- Bad weather has affected the cityhood referendum in this town Saturday, with a low turn-out of voters.
Lawyer Emmanuel Ignacio, Commission on Elections (Comelec) Central Luzon officer in charge, projected that some 15 to 20 percent of the total registered voters of 85,000 are expected to participate in the exercise.
According to Ignacio, who is also a registered voter, a low turn-out is usually expected in a cityhood referendum or plebiscite, however, no untoward incidents were reported and that it was relatively peaceful.
Ignacio said Mabalacat, which is receiving P180 million from the internal revenue allotment (IRA) at present, will gain a lot once it is converted into a component city.
An additional of P300 to P400 million will add up to the IRA of town once it becomes Pampanga’s third city, Ignacio added.
Meanwhile, Mayor Marino “Boking” Morales, who also casted his vote at the Dau Elementary School thanked his constituents for participating and voting despite the inclement weather Saturday.
Morales said they are expecting about 30 percent voter turn-out in the referendum. He also stressed out that some of the priorities of his administration include education, health and livelihood.
Mabalacat College has 1900 students this school year and this figure will grow to more than 2000 next school year.
Anticipating the approval of the citizens to the cityhood, Morales said his first executive order on Monday will be the abolition of students’ tuition fee.
On health, Morales said that the Local Government will maintain at least five birthing stations and a hospital which will be built near the Mabalacat College.
According to him, this program is in line with United Nations Millennium Development Goals (UN MDGs) to reduce maternal and child mortality rates.
Morales also cited infrastructure projects like the concreting of all roads and that more projects will be implemented once the town becomes a city.

Konting pagpaparami na lang sa populasyon  Porac has the biggest territory in Pampanga, massive lands, nature and ecotourism, extensive agriculture, and quarrying. Not to mention, Porac is technically also a town next to Clark. In fact, portions of Porac are included in the Clark Special Economic Zone (not Freeport Zone). Oh, and it has an SCTEx exit. It also helps that some barangays of Porac benefit from the economic spill from Angeles.
At ngayon, magkakaroon na ito ng Tertiary Education for the first time in its history (DHVTSU in Brgy. Pio).

Porac mayor highlights achievements in Soma
By Ian Ocampo Flora
Saturday, July 21, 2012
PORAC — Mayor Condralito dela Cruz highlighted the achievements of his administration during Thursday’s first-ever State of the Municipality Address (Soma) held at the Marisa Function Hall in Barangay Poblacion here.
According to Vice Mayor Dexter David, the event, attended by municipal and barangay government officials, sectoral representatives and residents of the town, aimed at reporting the people of the achievements that the Dela Cruz administration has accomplished halfway through its term.
Dela Cruz told Sun.Star Pampanga that chief of the achievements of his administration is the fulfillment of the promise to provide tertiary education to indigents here.
It could be remembered that the DHVTSU campus here is now being constructed in Barangay Pio and is now offering Bachelor of Science courses in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Industrial Technology, Information Technology and Technical Teacher Education.
Dela Cruz said his administration has facilitated the increase in the number of Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) coverage, rehabilitation of the rural health unit here along with the lobbying for the funding and construction of major road projects and buildings in cooperation with the Provincial Government of Pampanga.
“These were accomplished through the support of the people, the unity within our administration and the support of Governor Lilia Pineda,” Dela Cruz said.
Dela Cruz said they also plan to widen the course offerings of the state university and increase attention of infrastructure projects and local and foreign investors and that the administration has seen to the arrival of investments from Ayala Land Corporation, Manila Bank, LLL Holdings and Fulcrum among others.
Dela Cruz added that there has been renewed attention into the manpower training program of the town to prepare local manpower for local and foreign investments.

Karisma July 21st, 2012, 06:55 PM i have no picture sa Pampanga at SM SF becoz last year pa nawala digicam ko.
***
I was dissapointed sa SM SF maliit lng siya pero maganda. wala siya foodcourt and event center. nasanay lang kasi tayo sa SM Pampanga na malaki kapirangoat lng niya un SM SF. madami tao at student sa opening day at Saturday sa opening lng mejo traffic pero manageable pa naman madami ksi rerouting at one way un daan im glad maayos ang ginawa nila.
***
***
My Nakita ako malaki signage sa JASA rotunda infront of paskuhan and nlex
nakasulat..
Total Cost: 694M
Starting date: : February 2012
date of completion Nov 14 2014
ang dami project sa SF ha pero ang tagal ha more than 2yrs. nakita ko nga they do the drainaige at rip rop i think mas lalo lalapad un JASA SF soon..
***
***
Tinignan ko un loob ng S&R hndi ako member inikot ko lng kung ano meron sa loob halos puro imported ang paninda at hanep ang parokyano ang gagara ng tsikot nila lagi madami nakapark so s&r is a madali niya mabawi puhunan
***
un flyover naitayo na un mga poste i think 4lanes siya kasi apat un column niya just like SF dolores flyover apat din un column. at nakita ko steel flyover din siya.
***
***
**
at sa SM CITY PAMPANGA nagulat ako di parin pala natapos ang makeover renovation 2-3years na ata sa tagal ng renovation supEr sulit ang pghihintay dahil napakaganda ng pagkagawa magastos nga lang sa ilaw un ceiling dami ilaw maliwanag lalu gumanda ngayon at may may bago na naman ginagawa Elevator i think scenic elevator ito un bang parang transparent ang elevator i think gagawin flagship mall in the future kaya pinapaganda ng husto at kapag nagexpand na ulet into another wing ang building 5
**
sisigman July 22nd, 2012, 02:16 AM kamusta naman to? ngayon to di ba? MAULAN!

Angeles City to host Milo Marathon elim
By Joelyn G. Baluyut
Friday 20th of July 2012
ANGELES CITY, Pampanga, July 20 (PIA) -- Milo Marathon, the biggest running event in the country, will hold its elimination round in Angeles City on Sunday.
More than 6,000 runners will gather on the 22nd to compete in the 21k, 10k, 5k, and 3k categories said Rosever Pascua, Angeles City Sports Office (ACSO) head.
“The race will start and end at the main gate of the city hall in Barangay Maragul,” he explained.
Pascua said that “proceeds from the event will be used to buy additional sports equipment for teams who will compete and represent Angeles City in 2013’s Central Luzon Regional Athletic Association (CLRAA) and to buy tree seedlings as part of the city government’s One Million Tree project.”
Milo organizers had already distributed 500 pairs of brand new rubber shoes to less fortunate students of several elementary schools that include Belen Homesite, Cutud, Teodoro Tinio, Abelardo Tinio, and Pulungbulu, Pascua added.
For every runner who joins the Milo Marathon, a portion of the registration fee will be allotted to the advocacy. The fund raised will be used to produce running shoes that will be donated to different public schools selected by the Department of Education (DepEd) in the areas where the 36th National Milo Marathon will be held.
The Marathon is an annual event open to amateur and professional runners. It started in 1974 as a single marathon race in Metro Manila attended by 747 participants.
It is now considered as to be the biggest, longest, grandest national running event in the country attracting more than hundreds of thousands of runners across the country as it aims to inspire and equip underprivileged school children to excel in sports and in life by providing them a pair of shoes. I think SM City Tarlac is along McArthur Hiway.
1) huge vacant lots in Brgy. Cutcut/Santo Rosario... that is, kung papayagan ng mga Nepomuceno
2) along McArthur Hiway, malapit sa La Pieta cemetery / PNR way
3) huge vacant lot sa Brgy. Pandan, malapit sa Eastbound Terminal... panapat sa Marquee.
4) along Friendship Hi-way, malapit sa Villa Leoncia.
sanfernandino2012 July 22nd, 2012, 05:14 AM How about ung lote across from Marquee Mall along NLEX? Di ba may vacant lot dun banda? Maganda un pag ganun at least may competition b/w Ayala & SM malls.
