A wonderful place!

7,5/10 Quite a nice skyline for a "city" with not even 32,000 citizens.

Wow that many residential highrises for only 32000 inhabitants!
That's pretty good,too bad they all suck.

I doubt Monaco has 32.000 people during summer time, benidorm has 50.000 and look how massive its skyline is.

The skyline is poor. The architecture is nothing too special (though its a nice medaterrainian style), and its short and small.

But i'm a sucker for cities on hillsides!
I love the beautiful urban feel it gives, especially in more highly developed commercial and industrially cities like sheffield UK.

City would get a 10/10

if we are to rate what's inside those hideous highrises, maybe it deserves 10/10

Land scape is good but nay thing much better coudl of been done
Forshore looks cluttered for space with ugly overdevelopment encroching on the narbour and hill side

Monaco is the country, Monte Carlo is the capital city (which is about the size of the country)

I thought it was suprisingly ugly with far too many low-mid rise concrete apartment blocks in the international style. There ARE lots of gorgous baroque and 2nd empire styles, but you dont notice them from a distance. Also - there were far fewer flashy cars than I expected! Maybe the taxman was in town or the rest of the world has just caught up a lot.

And this is not Monaco, France, as it was writen in the first post, because Monaco is a country.

The Urban Space is very badly planned, seems like if I stand in the middle of the city I wouldnt beable to breath easily....but It's "an ofcouse nice city", deserves a 10 on life quality reputation but 6.5 for the skyline. Surprisingly those tallest buildings in the City are also list among the ugliest too.

8/10- i like the scenary, the location, the government, the skyline, the port, and the beaches.

7/10 - The city is wonderful, but highrises are a little ugly.

Monaco has its charms. It's a unique city and the skyline is easily recognized, which imo is a strength for the city. I give it a 7,5, despite the sometimes ugly individual buildings.

Monte Carlo is a beautifull town. The skyline is not that impressive, but the ground scene is just perfect.

I can't believe what I'm reading, "looks dirty"!!! How can you write that? If you went there, you would be able to notice that we almost can eat on the ground. I mean, even the station, which are usually quite dirty in France, it's so clean!
Only thing that polute are Rolls Royce and Ferrari's exhaust fumes!

My kinda town. Would love to buy some property there.

This thread should read Monaco period. Monaco, the city is the principality. There's nothing else.

As you can see in the above picture of the road sign, Monte Carlo is a small district of Monaco and not the name of the city.

It would be like a road sign with Paris written on it in the middle of Paris.
