There is no purpose.Just a few of my pics from my vietnam visit.I'd never seen dog meat resturants b4 so i found it interesting.The fact that the pics are so damn big might make it look like there is apopint.Sos about that Last year the sizing was OK.
Hopefully there is some more of my trip on flickr & art_ikon by now.

We've eaten dog meat for long long time...so now we're not going to change just because some white dude says it's wrong.....dogs are like chicken, pork, beef, rabbits, fishes......you don't kill this animal, you kill that animal.......what's the different?

just because some guy setting up rules and regulation and dictate others to follow doesn't mean we have to follow them
before the 19th century back.....people don't even care about hygene......in the european kitchen they let animals roaming around..........drinking raw milk, eating raw eggs....or kill any animal they could find.....nobody complaint.

but now they have to go to asia and tell people do this, do that.....eatting dog is wrong

i only eat do onece but i love dog but people say it badluck if u eat dog so i dont eat it

I agree with you .If people wanna eat it its up to them.
Im vegetarian but thats my choice.If people wanna eat meat its theirs.
I gotta cat meat resturaunt pics too, but no cats were on dispaly.
Now I love cats, completely gaga about moggies. But i defend peoples right to eat them.If they did it here in the UK i would defend peoples right to protest about it as im sure thy would.
Differnce is what makes the world interesting.

If i can find a way of re-sizing the pics so it aint a huge image, ( a bit gross i do agree) is that acceptable?
Or was someone offended by the concept( a liberal fascist...??) or was someone upset that that this forum & by defualt the counrty it represents would be tainted by association?Is it only 'pretty' things that posted on the forum or ...?

You're welcome to post pictures from your trip to VIetnam... You can post photos of slums or landfill or rotting canals that represents the less beautiful side of this country,

but for the sake of good etiquette, please do not include photos that depict animal carcasses in this forum, which i can describe as extremely disturbing (and disgusting) at best.

Of course it was part of your trip but nobody will post photos of brothels in Thailand in Thai forum, even if it was part of their trips. And this is not my own decisions, I have received complaints from several forumers. I hope you understand.

Off topic but when im next in Mumbai - not for a while now - i do intend to take some shots of Grant Rd,etc, the red light area.
Its bloody interesting.Visually & socially.
And a big part of mumbai life.

Brilliant, a bit more chilled than Hanoi, possably 'cos bit was 34dgs & only 20 wen we was in the north.The place had a flavour of the old daze in Krung Thep.
Now that city is like Shanghai.Or should that read the other way round?
