Construction Update

Latest Developments 14.05.2009

Royale Residence I & II, the residential towers, at Dubai Sports City are progressively under construction by our contractor M/S Naresco, Superivsed by NEB (National Engineering Bureau) and Managed by ARCAN project management services. So far 30 percent (%) is susccessfully completed in the form of concrete works comprising two basements and ground floor of both the projects. Framework of the first (1st) floor is in progress. Major part of the development is done and now rapidly moving towards its finish. All the finishing items suppliers for ceramics, sanitary, marble, elevator etc. are finalized.
