After looking at it a bit, this project almost looks like the Mandarin in Chicago.

5) Linbeck Construction is shopping interest in a MIXED-USE development at Milam, Preston, Travis, and Prairie.

Great too see Houston getting a 60+ footer last time I whent too Houston it seemed as if nothing was happening!!!

ummm a 60 story tower being approved doesnt mean a city is booming. Houston needs to do more...lots more to be considered booming

I don't think the development has 60 floors. I looked at Emporis and it said the building has 46 floors and rises 630 ft.

Emporis's listing might be the Hines office tower. it sure sounds like it...

No, that is actually a different project located on the same street and by the same developer.
