Cool..this building gets 8/10 from me.
Its a very iconic and visible building in the Singapore skyline. Definitely represents the modern face of the Lion City, or RafflesCity, as you have called it:D

And the tower reminds me of the Governor Philip Tower in Sydney,but compared to this one this tower is quite ugly..

A little bit of history....this building was originally clad in concrete, thats it, and had a flat roof. The refurbishments done abuut 3 years ago gave it a total reclad, as well as a "strange" structure on the roof! :D
