Project was initially launched in July of 2004 (and completed in August 2006), in an event that coincides with the completion and house blessing of the 1st Build-To-Own project, Penhurst Parkplace.

We have set up a unit as a month to month or week to week rental...this is the first of a set of units that are owned by foreign client that want to earn income while it is not being used by the owner. If you only you have offered this unit for rent last year, dito sana ako nagstay nung naglayas ako :D , mas matipid siguro kaysa hotel. Two weeks din yun, sayang naman, saka kung mas matipid eh di umabot pa sana nang kahit 3 weeks ang paglalayas ko. :colgate:

100% of the units have owners already...

As of December 2007, about 50% has moved in already, 45% are undergoing fit out works, and 5% are awaiting for their unit owners to start working on them.

How fast is it to rent out a unit on this condo? how much for 2bdroom? it seems like it's way faster to rent out a unit on rockwell that BGC? isn't it? earlier ROI the better!:)

dunno how much a 2br is. i only have a studio eh.

it was able to rent it out quite easily last year naman. the first person who saw the finished/furnished unit got it. pero baka i just got lucky. at this point baka nga easier pa to rent out a unit in rockwell kasi it's more established, more completely functioning, as a self contained community. pero with all the new buildings being delivered by 2010, baka the picture may be different by then.
