I agree. This tower deserves a better top......

7.5/10...It's hard to tell with this one. It looks good sometimes, and then bad other times. I think it looks better from a distance than up close.

Well, the color scheme isn't all that great, but I like the setbacks and the top. 7.0/10

Nice tower

Excellent setbacks and nice proportions. It also has plenty of height.

Unfortunately the facade looks very dated (in that 2nd pic, at least).

7.5 overall.
