this is spectacular. three towers joined together by a retail podium - very impressive indeed.

i think we're looking at The Ritz-Carlton Kuwait that someone mentioned earlier in the New Skyscrapers thread. they said it'd be part of a multi-tower development incorporating hotel, residential and commercial towers and a retail base on the seafront, so this seems to be it. i've got a hunch that it'll come up on the site of the ex-American Embassy across from the Safir International. a whole city block and a kickass view. this'll be sure to revitalize that part of the city.

as further proof of my Ritz-Carlton claim, i found a little image on the Atkins website that might be a tad helpful: a thumbnail of this project with the words "The Ritz" next to it. i'll attach it below.

here's hoping this beauty goes up as soon as possible.

hmmmmm...... Impressive, I guess there are two locations in my mind, the first one is the land with the green surrounding in front of mies al-ghanim restaurant, or the the ex-north american embassy

maybe the name of this project is lightning city (madinat al-2thwa22)
