It looks highly functional but not really aesthetically pleasing. The views out are great though!
New Jack City June 24th, 2003, 06:20 AM 5/10...What an eyesore! The color mix looks horrible, the building has no organized design, it looks like it's all over the place. Points though for the building's mix uses and the views that it provides.

I prefer apartment buildings that look like office towers without balconies.
