I counted 78 floors for the tallest and 65~ for the other three. Official figures still unreleased. We only know the two tallest will be 320m according to news. But as you can notice these models are very confusing since we see a taller one and the other three look almost the same, and very close to the main tower about height.

沈阳金廊正式进入“高楼时代”。
昨日，记者从沈阳市沈河区获悉，金廊沈河段5座超级商务大厦本月内都将竣工。
现在的百米大厦将来是“矮个”
沈阳金廊以北陵大街-北京街-青年大街为轴线，全长12公里，总面积17.7平方公里，是沈阳未来的商业发展重点区域。
在这次竣工的5大项目中，有着在建体量最大工程的华府天地一期工程，其总建筑面积为40万平方米。沈河区金廊办副主任季斌介绍说，整个华府天地一期工程是由5栋主楼组成，目前主体工程已经完工，内部商场将在本月内开业，其定位是国际性大品牌和高级写字间以及商务公寓。
按照总体规划，华府天地二期竣工后，一期的100米建筑将成为“小矮子”规划的4栋主楼中，三栋的高度将超过320米，最高的一座达到398米，它们成为金廊中部的一片耀眼的高楼区。
银河国际大厦、希尔斯联邦、摩根凯利大厦、领先国际城等四大建筑也将在本月内竣工，150米高的领先国际城为设立金廊以来的一号工程。
五大地标性建筑的身高全部超过了90米，并且采用了最新的技术。季斌介绍说，仅以银河国际大厦为例，在低层内只有四根超级钢柱支撑起大厦，形成了一个巨大的广场，这在国内的建筑上是不多见的。
沈河区提供的数据表明，5大工程总投资达到了55亿元。
大品牌竞争市民可获实惠
“五大地标建筑的竣工，不仅对招商引资有着独特的魅力，还将让市民得到一定的实惠。”沈河区有关官员介绍说。
五大建筑的建成仅是金廊商务超级大厦建设的热身。金廊沈河段的数据显示，目前在建的大型项目达到了18个，即将开工的有2个，总投资达到了345亿余元，这些项目的平均高度150多米，基本定位于以高级商务公寓和高档世界名牌为主。
“除了大量的高级商务公寓可以让更多外地知名企业入主沈阳外，大量的国际名牌商业店也将带来巨大的竞争，相信在不远的将来，不断的促销活动等形式，将让市民享受到更多实惠。”沈河区有关官员表示。

This project seems to have changed a lot according to the last models. Still no final renders available and models are likely to be rather conceptual, not real design. We can see that they have removed one of the supertalls. On the other hand, the other towers are now far higher. Main tower might be taller than 400m instead of 398m as previosuly expected. We can count 88 floors. The other two big towers don't seem 320m anymore, likely to be well above 350m. We can glimpse 80~ floors plus a crown aroud 2-3 floors.

So, Richgate City might have changed from 1x398m plus 3x320m+ to 1x400m~, 88~ floors plus 2x350m+, 80~ floors. Also, minor towers are far higher now, we can see that several of them have more than 50 floors, they should be above 200m. IMO the project is far better now than before.

I only hope the design for the main tower is not final, looks a little tacky and looks too much like Madrid Torre Espacio. The other two big ones look perfect though.

Is it really going to be above 400 meters though? I kinda doubt it, taken all the supertalls in Chongqing that were "scaled down" to skyscrapers in the end. It's a shame, you would expect the developers to be honest from the beginning. :(
