1- Yes, it is in Europe...but none of these cities...Amsterdam is quite far...Köln also...Geneva is closer. :)
For the question of the cars, try to think better which city could have these kind of cars. :D

anyway....if you are interested in...you can try to guess the exact location of the pic 2...that is not in Innsbruck, but really close to...and is a quite famous location, site of one of the Olimpic facility...:cheers:
