TORRE EUROSKY
Eurosky, is a residential tower of 30 floors of apratments + 8 levels of technique area, it will be one of the highest building of Rome. Located in one of the 18 new "metropolitan municipalities" of the city, the "Europarco Castellaccio" one.
Also this new project will contribute to give a modern aspect to the EUR area.
The inspiration for the project was taken from the simple lines, thinking about the medievals towers, that appear in the roman skyline, such as the "Torre delle Milizie".
The granite-cladding, realized with concrete and steel, is measured by regular holes of the balconies, that create a game of shades and lights.
Though it seems a unique building, the scraper is divided into two main parts both served by two pairs of elevators and stairs, linked by some bridges.
The structure can be defined a "grenn scraper" due to its solar panels installations in the last 8 floors that give perfect electrical autonomy to the building.
35 floors ( + 8 floors for the solar panels)
