Jakob May 6th, 2007, 10:08 AM So oldfashioned and boring! Such a shame for a city like Barcelona...
luisdaniel May 6th, 2007, 10:14 AM jjajj, well .. i think it's funny, though a little bit "heavy" (se diría así Bitxo?)
potipoti May 6th, 2007, 10:22 AM I like it, it's a new kind of building. I think it was approved a long time ago...
MasonicStage™ May 6th, 2007, 11:14 AM I also like it...unusual design which is great for barcelona :)
HT May 6th, 2007, 07:21 PM Great architekture....something you dont forget so fast
R@ptor May 6th, 2007, 08:47 PM Nice design. But Barcelona should really start to build its skyscrapers in clusters instead of spreading them all around the city.
Phobos May 6th, 2007, 11:06 PM ^^Yeah I agree with you R@ptor!
I like this building. If it's located in a modern open area it can become a landmark for BCN.
-Corey- May 6th, 2007, 11:50 PM i really like it.
Insane alex May 7th, 2007, 12:39 AM I don't like it at all! the design is okay, but the facade is terrible!
KoolKeatz May 7th, 2007, 03:02 AM They shouldnt allow Gehry to build highrises. I dont like this one...
Bitxofo May 7th, 2007, 04:50 AM Nice design. But Barcelona should really start to build its skyscrapers in clusters instead of spreading them all around the city.
This is being done just right now, in several areas:
FORUM
LA SAGRERA
DiAGONAL
PLAÇA EUROPA

Sh4d0w May 9th, 2007, 02:23 PM I like the name..
gamma_ray_burst May 9th, 2007, 05:00 PM I love it
Bitxofo November 3rd, 2007, 03:13 AM I like the name..
That nickname is very original.
:D
DrT November 3rd, 2007, 03:44 AM Looks cartoonish.
I'm sure that there are alot of odd room shapes in there.
Deconstructivism type architecture.
erbse November 3rd, 2007, 06:20 PM Well, it's typical deconstructivist and accustomed Gehry-architecture. It kinda bores me, that Gehry's always buildin' in such a style. Could be an obnoxious eyesore if build, the facade decides over good and bad in this case.
I'm against this.
Peshu November 4th, 2007, 01:21 AM I guess many architects are obsessed with doing something different and stand out . Sometimes it works brilliantly . Other times such as in this case the result can be disastrous . This project is absolutely horrible .
R@ptor November 4th, 2007, 07:41 AM Any news about this tower?
Racingfreak November 4th, 2007, 08:49 PM Strange building, I don't like it.
blaise. November 4th, 2007, 09:13 PM cool tower!!!
tj_alan90alan March 9th, 2008, 09:11 PM is very original ... nice .. congrat
Phobos March 9th, 2008, 11:01 PM So what's the status of this project? Will it ever be built?
This is by far one of the best Gehry's projects.
Jim856796 March 9th, 2008, 11:28 PM This tower has an unbuildable silver facade. Gehry should revise the tower to a more simple design.
Jim856796 May 23rd, 2011, 03:46 PM Sorry if I said "unbuildable" and I hate to bump this thread, but why is this proposal stale?
