Yup that whole Lonehill/Pineslopes area is soooo bland, and is an oasis of little boxes called townhouses.

And you should see the little boxes in Edenvale/Modderfontein. They're even worse.

Not for me.. but some people just absolutely adore it.

Sadly this is the gauteng developers and buyers mindset that needs to be overcome for any proper large scale urban development to occur

Where about is lone hills?

You must of course remember that developers need to make money. And for a cheapy development this aint too bad. Hey, its not tuscan. Don't know why it is posted though. There are hundreds of these going up everywhere in Jozi. So it aint special! But it is better than tuscan, bali, provence or any other pseudo-european hoohah.

Yup Yup.. and really, this type of stuff goes up in every city. It's a South African phonomenon! It's just a heck load more pronounced in Joburg because of the huge growth of this province.
