Territoria 3000 es un proyecto de usos mixtos que comprende espacios de oficinas, hotel y departamentos, placa comercial y de
servicios, centro de convenciones y estacionamientos. El edificio consiste en una placa de cuatro niveles que albergan comercio
y servicios varios, sobre la misma arranca un hotel de 6 pisos y por sobre este dos torres una de oficinas de 30 niveles en total, más
una de departamentos de 22 plantas en total.
Bajo la placa comercial se encuentran 3 niveles de subterraneos que incluyen un centro de convenciones, zonas de servicios y
muelle de carga, rematando finalmente en 7 niveles de estacionamientos subterraneos, en total 10 pisos bajo tierra!

Territoria 3000 is a mixed use project that includes office spaces, a hotel and apartments, a commercial and services platform,
a convention centre, and parking lot. The building its composes by a 4 floor platform that includes commerce and services, a 6 floor
hotel, over the hotel two towers are rising up to the sky. One of these two towers will be a 30 floor office tower, the other tower will
be a 22 floor residential tower. Under the commercial platform there are 3 subterranean levels that includes a convention centre
and services areas, under these 3 floors the project includes a 7 floor parking lot, 10 subterranean floors!.

me vas a pérdonar pero ese proyecto ha pasado un poco inadvertido ante las desgarbadas altas de la calle vitacura que tienen a todos babeando.
este edificio igual es de primera clase.
quiero un penthouse ahí!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this proyect doesn't have all the attention that deserves because of the other high towers of vitacura avenue.
but it is a first class proyect.
i want a penthouse there!!!!!!!!!!


what i did not understand was if the building had 22 or 30 floors...

Hello.

Pictures of ths final phase of this project, ready to open its doors pretty soon. IMO, I'll keep thinking about the poor input that this complex means to its context, when it could be a wonderful architectonic piece because its scale and location.

very nice!! not so big (i wonder does it fulfil a criteria of being a highrise anyways), nonetheless, the style applied and these strange curves make it look awesome. I’m looking forward to see it complitely finished

There are some things it should be changed on the title, the tower reached the 118 meters and changed its name to Isidora 3000.

Hermoso ! unico, debe ser el HOTEL MAS EXCLUSIVO de santiago sin dua les da mil patas a todos los emas ( por lo menos en diseño y lo que se ve en las fotos, nose el servicio )

Quedo espectacular, el edificio más hermoso de Santiago.
