I came up with designs for a 40 Story resi tower for my city (because we don't have any lol) that would be 140m to spire:

Telling by how narrow it is... Thats gonna be pretty exclusive, 2-4 units per floor perhaps :)

I could probably fit in 6. It is scary how small apartments can be over here, and how much money those small apartments go for.

Nice design there, though it reminds me of something(i cant remember what) but i guess it should :)

There was a cancelled 250m twisting spherical office tower in London that inspired me to do this tower, so maybe you were thinking of that one? and the industrial type grid I added to the top of the tower on one side was loosely inspired by Richard Rogers designs.

... There are the bad proportions between the height of person and the floor's height... Or the person is very high, or the storey is so low....

If that is a 6ft high person the floors would be 10ft.

The floors are exactly 10.498ft, or 3.2m:)
