ah, i forgot to indicate: they were extracting white sand in deep sea within the vicinity of Mactan and not in the island itself. but the sands we are seeing in Imperial must be sourced somewhere else.

ila room rate kina barato is around P13k++. so, grab na mo sa ilang promo while it's still available. didto na mi sko mom and nephew (mao nka pic2x mi gamay). worth it kau from food to accomodation. like ang P1,500 lunch buffet, daghan na kau yummy na fud den libre nka use sa waterpark! =)

im not really the expert when it comes to rating hotels and resorts... let's put it this way nlng, naa mga existing hotels and resorts (names withheld) dili kau ingon ana ka nice den 5-star &/or AAA sila. den so far, bag-o pa ni ang Imperial but mas nice man ila amenities. so, i guess Imperial also deserves their 5-star AAA rating. :ohno:

Daghan tao! People are having so much fun. I'd say there were 60% Koreans, 39% Cebuanos and 1% Filipinos. (joke lang sa 1%!)

All the hotel staff and personnel were very accommodating, and all are Cebuano-speaking. Feel at home kaayo ang ambiance didto. Great food, their restaurant was fully occupied.

About the landscaping, the first-class resort is featuring all-native/local plants and trees. malingaw ka didto makakita ug tanom nga puro bisaya. nindot man pud tan-awn. there were still several hotel staff nagtanum, wala pa nahuman.

Daghan tao! People are having so much fun. I'd say there were 60% Koreans, 39% Cebuanos and 1% Filipinos. (joke lang sa 1%!)

All the hotel staff and personnel were very accommodating, and all are Cebuano-speaking. Feel at home kaayo ang ambiance didto. Great food, their restaurant was fully occupied.

About the landscaping, the first-class resort is featuring all-native/local plants and trees. malingaw ka didto makakita ug tanom nga puro bisaya. nindot man pud tan-awn. there were still several hotel staff nagtanum, wala pa nahuman.

.. bout sa plants, na curious sad ko ana before. i asked my korean friend about it. actually, mao jud daw ila trip..mga native plants (very common for us) but para nila, nice na kau na kay wala sa ila. ngkatawa gani ko ni Mr.XXX kay gipatudlo nako siya among the plants unsay nindot para niya... guess what... "KANDING2X EFFECT"! (ambot kanding kanding ba jud to pero luks like 1 to me) :nuts::poke: wala daw to sa ila. Nakabasa pud ko na ang Philippines/Cebu is seen by foreign investors as promising retirement industry. Diri lang sa UK daghan ko na meet na Brits who got married to Pinays na they like to retire daw in the Philippines. And not to mention the OFWs pud na scattered all around the globe who dream of retiring in our country. That's why left and right na ang development projects karon.
