I'm waiting for a cladding, because on the visualizations it looks like an awful reflective glass. It reminds me some Istanbul cheap towers...

Here I think they are testing glass. I don't think it will look like rendering. Actually I hope. How I was read they are buying the best quality glass, so we need to wait few days.

I agree on one thing though, the fasade (metal part) does look cheap. The glass fasade is perfect, imo.

And if it wasn't that thin overall, it would've been better!

Why are you buddies so friggin amazed 'bout this coarse cladding? It looks :puke:

It seems to be made of plastic. If it would be reflective glass, it could look better. Moreover it's just a perky mockup of Malmö's TurningTorso - and the top even ruins this shape, it's just tacky. Could be invented by Playmobil.

I went to Sarajevo in August and I was amazed by this project! Congrats BiH!!

It's lovely to see the snow of winter; it was so hot when I was there.

Wooa!!! 10/10 It's so nice this tower. It gives the city a nice contrast cuz the city have not many modern & tall buildings as this one is in a low rise area.

Avaz to build another tower

SARAJEVO – The tower will be 123 meters high and several stories lower than Avaz Twist Tower. The construction will be financed with a loan.
The Avaz Management plans to finish the tower by the end of the year. In accordance with the company’s development strategy, the Avaz Management accepted the project of architect Faruk Kapidžić. Of three Avaz’s buildings, he has designed two. The tower is going to be located within the existing complex.

According to Kapidžić’s idea, the tower is going to be 123 meters high and several stories lower than Avaz Twist Tower. The new tower reminds of female figure with a crown on her head. At the top of the crown a restaurant and a heliport will be built.

The Avaz Management expects to finish the project and legal procedure for obtaining a zoning and building permit. Avaz is going to finance the project with a loan from commercial banks.

From a density perspectve i actually think it may be more effective to mix it up.

I went to Sarajevo in August and I was amazed by this project! Congrats BiH!!

It's lovely to see the snow of winter; it was so hot when I was there.

Its not only the height of the buildings that makes for sharp contrasts in Bosnia :)

yeah once the spire is added then the building will be finished so far the cladding is going at a nice tempo...
