Creekside should begin construction very soon in the San Antonio suburb of New Braunfels, which is 30 miles northeast of downtown San Antonio.

Plans call for Creekside to include more than 1 million square feet of development, including shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, a medical office park, a hospital, an amphitheater, a hotel and apartments.

Threads about development belong in the Southeast Development Forum. In the future, place these types of threads there. For now, I'll move this thread.

I like the riverwalk component. Does this river/creek exist, or will it be artificial?

Yes, I think it come down from the town of New Braunfels, which is north of SA. Took a vacation in
New Braunfels years ago.

Yes there is a creek there that will be incorporated into the development. This will be on the northwest side of New Braunfels. This is actually one of two planned large scale projects for New Braunfels.
