Qatar Forum Suggestions And Announcements


This thread is a start of a new way of suggesting how to improve or qatari fourm like if we are about to add a sub-form we should all know whats about to happen also if there are any anouncments they should be posted here :) so good luck

-Maybe add Industrial, Economy issues - sub forum.
-Achives
-Heritage and Culture - sub forum
-transport and infrastructure

i would go with the 1st one ^^

why not we add forums regarding areas of improvement in the country...??
like any particular areas ver the country has huge chances... and members can come wid huge n great ideas..... just like tharon has said...

I thnik the plan was to add two sub-forums, one about Lusail and one for the Pearl, but not now maybe in a year or two.

I dont know about the other areas, but the Doha project sub-forum is fine and more than enough.

i have a thought why dont we make an ( arabic discussion thread ) for only arabic talking we can chat , descuss and debate !!! so what do you say should i creat it there are alot of aabic speakers around that dont know how to type english very well even for us we feel relaxed when talking in our normal language

and also should we have a (The Doha Skyline) at photo galleries and (Doha Hotels) for veiwers to decide if they whant to stay in one of the hotels lol

^^no, i mean the sections in the project; for example porto arabia, viva bahriya, etc - those are sections in the pearl!

not just those, there are more parts in the pearl and lusail.

a YouTube thread would be lovely, we should definitely have one.

P.S.: there are a lot of Qatar, Doha, H.H Shekha Mouzah, education city, and CNAQ videos on YouTube that i think we should share on SSC........

oh and also i suggest a thread about Bars & Clubs in Doha...........

i left for two year, i came back and there is a number of new bars in the city.....

i can go around and take pics, or we'll do some research online. how do we get an approval for the thread ?

you just post the thread with no approvals but thi place is just for futer ideas you can post it any time you want

This is another important factor for our qatari fourm this thread is for posting hotel pictures , maps , star ratings and all other things who knows maybe someone is looking for a hotel and he is coming next week ?!

Viva Bahriya , Porto Arabia , Isola Dana , The Quartar should have diffrent threads for each one sooner or later.

Energy city , Qatar Petroleum Head Quarters , Fox Hills , The Marina , Entertanment City And all the other parts of the Lusail deserve threads sooner or later.

Guys, how about a sub-forum "News and Economic Discussion"

Pros: Differentiate the sub-forum from the Sky Lewaan
To have a separate Sky Lewaan section for birthdays, ect....

Cons: Too many sub-forums, ect...

But, maybe we should put the sub-forum under sky lewaan,or sub-sub-forum..

What do you think?

i would go for it being under sky lewaan as a sub-sub-fourm its a good idea and i would say yes

i think i will make (Doha City Projects Guide) soon when i start making the maps with google earth

it is not time to make the pearl sub-forum..

look folks.. i know we have really mouse-clicking happy admins here.. but ssc has been suffering from this from the first day it started.. bored admins!!

Admins think by going ahead and creating sub-forums and more sub-forum and trying to correctly label everything that they are helping everyone out.. ur just making it ever more confusing for us and making it even more diffcult to locate anything ... KEEP IT SIMPLE!!!!

and for god's sake, do we really need a sub-forum for qatar news.. qatar forum announcments.. and qatar lewaan.. and then the odd fourth untitled subforum... can't we just combine them all togther ???? seriously..
