Jakes1 June 1st, 2007, 03:05 PM New office extension for Investec on Grayston drive in Sandton
Looks like about 10F from the renders, not too sure though... But they are busy with construction.
A very unclear render.

Jakes1 June 3rd, 2007, 01:25 AM Go higher blerrie hell...hopefully they will, I think all indications are that sandton will soon go upwards...
Jakes1 June 3rd, 2007, 01:28 AM problem is, all the cranes seem to be in the durban area - so we want to build high-rises but we can't... It is problematic when you cant even find 12 good cranes!
joburg June 3rd, 2007, 07:02 PM hee hee.. :D
dysan1 June 3rd, 2007, 07:22 PM yarrick yarrick yarrick, feel sorry that your jealous and (B) trying to be humourous.... :)

Pule February 25th, 2008, 11:48 AM Just out of interest, what Road is this that you taking the pic from?
DB, I don't know the name of the road but that's where Old Mutual is located.
Durbsboi February 25th, 2008, 01:25 PM oh deff West Road South then went to see a flat at 254 there which my cousin ended up purchasing.
dysan1 February 25th, 2008, 03:28 PM pity investec arent going high like all the others :( but still rather imposing at street level. still no close up render?

clive3300 May 15th, 2008, 02:17 PM They love their groundscrapers dont they? Sandton is going to fill out to something not looking too far off the City of London; just with wider roads.
Durbsboi May 16th, 2008, 09:41 AM It maybe lowrise, but it sure makes its presence felt.
Inertia May 16th, 2008, 01:57 PM Yep, i like it, much better than the lone parking lot before

Inertia November 13th, 2008, 03:41 PM Very snazzy
wobdog November 14th, 2008, 11:34 AM A bit off topic but I have lately been laughing at Old Mutual - they thought they could build a nice 4F place in Sandton. Now they are surrounded by 8-15F places and have no views.
Serves them right for being cheap.
joburg November 14th, 2008, 12:00 PM ^^^ Right on fella!
http://i55.photobucket.com/albums/g160/amgosai/Sky%20Scrapercity/SNC00066Large.jpg
SUCH a waste a space!
Jakes1 November 14th, 2008, 12:29 PM I like them, they look classical... NOT!
Durbsboi November 14th, 2008, 02:28 PM My cousin lives on West Road South, her view is of those hideous things, thank god Emperor is there to save her from that horrid sight!
