New office extension for Investec on Grayston drive in Sandton
Looks like about 10F from the renders, not too sure though... But they are busy with construction.
A very unclear render.

problem is, all the cranes seem to be in the durban area - so we want to build high-rises but we can't... It is problematic when you cant even find 12 good cranes!

RMB building in front - investec in back - and then behind that inner circle and the regent. Quite a lot of cranes in this area

They love their groundscrapers dont they? Sandton is going to fill out to something not looking too far off the City of London; just with wider roads.

one of my faves in Sandton just wish they went taller. could have been awesome see a tall white building its very refreshing :cheers:

A bit off topic but I have lately been laughing at Old Mutual - they thought they could build a nice 4F place in Sandton. Now they are surrounded by 8-15F places and have no views.
Serves them right for being cheap.

My cousin lives on West Road South, her view is of those hideous things, thank god Emperor is there to save her from that horrid sight!
