I like the lights. They are static, yet seem to have a certain buzz and vibrant quality to them.

Overall design is nice, except wish the buildings along Fuhua 3 road had been pushed closer to the road. The plaza along the road will just end up as a nicely paved parking lot, giving the pedestrian a boring walk.

Also don't think there is, or will be, much of a demand for retail in that specific location.
